I wish to recommend and commend Waldo. He was here today completing the job. I have received the best plumbing service that I have ever had. He came on the day and time. Gave me a good estimate and returned as planned. He finished the job, quickly, efficiently and so cleanly I couldn't even tell he had been here. A most friendly and experienced service worker. It also sends out good vibes when someone arrives in a clean "uniform'.

We called A1 Choice Plumbing this morning because we had a problem with plugged kitchen sinks. I had cleaned out the piping as far as I could, but the blockage was beyond the visible plumbing in the kitchen cabinet, and required a 'snake' to clean out the pipes further along. There were also some minor problems with the existing plumbing connections. Evan Fairhurst was able to come almost right away, and we were impressed by his ability to promptly diagnose the problems and completely clear the blockage. When he had completed the job, he set up the kitchen sinks again, and checked to make sure that it was in full working order with no leaks. Evan was polite, knowledgeable, very tidy, worked quickly, and cleaned up when the job was completed. He is a credit to A1 Choice Plumbing.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the job Tristan did for me. To make a long story short, my hot water tank blew on Friday. Tristan came out to quote me a price and due to unforeseen circumstances, had to come on Sunday to do the installation. He was knowledgeable, friendly, fast, neat and his customer service excellent. He kept me informed as to where he was and what was going on until he was finally able to make it out to do the install. Trevor at A1 Choice is outstanding - friendly, honest, very knowledgeable and pays attention to detail. Our water pressure regulator failed and we also had a frost-free sillcock that had ruptured over the winter and was slowly leaking into our crawlspace. Trevor came on a Sunday (at no extra charge) and efficiently fixed both problems. He had to remove some of the stucco moulding to replace the sillcock, but he patched up the area so it looks just like new again. Trevor also checked all of our faucets, tweaked our toilets, and fixed a leaking sink at no extra charge. We could not have been happier with the work he did. Thank you!

Recently, I had a serious issue with my hot water tank. It started leaking and water was everywhere! I didn't know what to do...it was a Saturday and I had no clue what was wrong. I called A1 Choice Plumbing & Drain in a panic telling them I needed help! They were fantastic!! Trevor, the technician, came right away and he was wonderful!! I had Trevor come to my house recently because I had some water in my overflow tray from my hot water tank. He looked at it and knew that I had a blockage in my pipes and was overflowing into the tray. He snaked my pipes and got ride of the blockage. But found that the reason it was block was because I had tree roots in my pipes. So he told me that meant that I had a break in my pipes somewhere and the tree roots had started go in there. He was great and used his long camera to scoop out my pipes a and he found the break. No sure what I would have done if he didn't have his camera. Best customer service and great work. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend to anyone. Will be using them in the future.

We accidentally discovered an inch of water in our crawl space late on a Tuesday night. We called Trevor and he was here within 30 minutes. He checked out the problem and discovered a cracked brass fitting for a pipe that comes into the house from the city was leaking and spewing water everywhere. He quickly fixed the problem, explained what happened, then tested our water pressure to make sure it wasn't high water pressure that might have caused the cracking. We also had a problem with hot water being too hot so while he was here he adjusted the temperature on the tank and showed us how to adjust it if it becomes too hot again.
